This high-grade polymetallic deposit (Zinc, Silver, Gold, Copper, Lead) is not a grassroots exploration play; it is an advanced-stage project with significant existing underground infrastructure, a NI 43-101 compliant resource, and compelling projected economics. With an estimated low initial CapEx of ~$70 million and OpEx of ~$140/ton, South Mountain is poised to generate an after-tax IRR of ~25% and an NPV (5%) of ~$50 million, with strong annual production of key metals. The private land ownership and strong local support further de-risk the project, paving the way for efficient development.
